Wie funktioniert Curi.OS?
Since all digital development takes place in-house, we also had the opportunity to track and analyze everything firsthand (anonymized, of course).
The initial development request came from storytelling: to see in detail when, where, and how long something is used or played, or when users might drop out. For each experience and platform, we define meaningful data points, which we then present visually in Curi.OS.
But that was just the beginning. Strategic KPIs were quickly added, and not just views and visitors were measured, but actual conversions and complex interactions. Equally exciting are reactions in the press or on social media. These data points also feed into Curi.OS. And our commitment to attractive UX and UI applies here too – it doesn’t look like an Excel sheet or Google Analytics; it’s genuinely enjoyable to use.
